Hi there!
Hi, I’m Natalie
Hi, I’m Natalie
I’m a provisional psychologist currently working towards full registration, a former secondary school teacher, a yoga teacher, and—most importantly—a mum to two incredible humans.
My path into psychology hasn’t been linear, and I believe that’s what makes my work deeply human. Before stepping into this field, I spent years in classrooms, supporting young people through some of the most formative—and often challenging—periods of their lives. That experience shaped my ability to sit with complexity, to listen beyond words, and to meet people exactly where they are.
Alongside this, my time as a yoga teacher deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection. I’ve seen firsthand how our nervous systems carry our experiences, and how meaningful change often happens not just through insight, but through gentle, embodied awareness.
I bring all of this into my work as a provisional psychologist. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I aim to create a space where you feel safe enough to be real.
I work from a holistic, evidence-based perspective. I don’t see people as a set of symptoms to fix, but as whole individuals shaped by their experiences, relationships, biology, and environment.
Together, we make sense of your story while also building practical strategies to support meaningful and sustainable change. My work is guided by current psychological research and tailored to each individual.
As a provisional psychologist, I work under the supervision of a board approved, fully registered psychologist to ensure you receive safe, ethical, and high-quality care.
Living with chronic illness has added another layer to who I am—both as a person and as a clinician. It has taught me patience, adaptation, and resilience in ways no textbook ever could. It’s deepened my understanding of what it means to navigate a “new normal,” and the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up in the face of uncertainty. Because of this, I hold a particular sensitivity for those living with health challenges, burnout, or invisible struggles.
Outside of my work, I feel most grounded in nature. Whether it’s fresh air, quiet moments outdoors, or simply slowing down enough to notice what’s around me. I also love animals—especially my mini Groodle, who brings a lot of joy, lightness, and perspective into my everyday life.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, navigating life transitions, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, you don’t have to do it alone.
It’s a privilege to walk alongside people in their most vulnerable moments—and I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
My Values
Warmth and authenticity | Evidence-based care | Deep listening | Respect for your pace | Whole-person approach
